  Job Profile:
 
Develops and implements strategies for acquiring clients along industry verticals
Consults professionally with mid-level executives of SMEs and MNCs
Prepares client-specific business proposals and make presentations to one or more mid-level executives in a company
Negotiates assertively with underwriters to obtain competitive quotations for clients
Follows up with insurers and clients to ensure work is completed on time
Achieves quarterly sales targets
Maintains spreadsheets and submits reports regularly to Sr. Account Manager or Director
   
  Desired Profile:
 
Graduate in any field, preferably in insurance, commerce, or business management
Possessing a Broker's license from NIA
Having 1- 2 years experience in insurance sales, either with an insurer or with an insurance broker; having good relationships with insurers
Possessing a consultative approach to insurance marketing
Possessing excellent analytical skills
Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-guided and self-motivated, aggressive, persistent, goal-oriented individual

  Job Profile:
 
Manages the insurance portfolio of existing clients through a consultative approach
Cross-sells insurance products to existing clients
Ensures renewals from existing clients
Generates references from existing clients
Maintains client files, records, spreadsheets, and claims history to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Prepares and makes client-specific business presentations
Remains up-to-date with clients' business plans and industry issues that affect the client's insurance portfolio
Communicates regularly with client to strengthen relationship between the client and the firm
Submits reports regularly to supervisor

Graduate in any field
Having a broker's license from NIA
Having minimum 1 years experience in a client relationship role, preferably in an insurance company or with an insurance broker
Having excellent interpersonal skills and focused on relationship building through a consultative approach
Possessing good analytical skills

  Job Profile:
 
Prepares business presentation documents, spreadsheets and charts
Updates spreadsheets and generates recurring internal reports
Follows up with insurers to ensure quotations and other documents are submitted to the Director on time
Communicates professionally with executive-level clients about the status of their policies and claims
Responds to routine and complex telephone requests; refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff
Liaisons with vendors; may negotiate rates based on guidelines given by director
Types, may take and transcribe dictation, and establishes and maintains a variety of office files
Performs other duties as assigned
Maintains Director's calendar and makes appointments
   
  Desired Profile:
 
Graduate in any field, but preferably commerce or business management
Should have 1-3 years experience, of which at least 2 should have been with a GM or above; preferably work experience in an insurance company
Having minimum 1 years experience in a client relationship role, preferably in an insurance company or with an insurance broker
Should be efficient and organized, excellent time manager, good at multi-tasking, able to take directions and produce work independently, persistent in following up with internal and external clients, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to learn quickly; have excellent interpersonal skills
Possesses excellent English writing and speaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; be able to type minimum 40 wpm
